This book is a note to the Christian church, especially to leaders, those who are mature and desire maturity. We cannot escape the issues of life, and as the voice of God to man, we must also face reality and consider situations that have happened in our lives that may be the cause of us spilling those things into the lives of others. While acknowledging the truth, we desire to be better for the glory of God. Change is inevitable, and how we deal with change will have a direct impact on our lives and those who are connected to us and to the body of Christ at large.

There are many things that we desire to accomplish in life, and some of those things have been distorted by past situations and failures. Our challenges may derive from several occurrences from our past, as far back as our childhood. There may be adults who are aware of some of them and may even have been the source of our painful past, but some are only known by us. Some of those things need to be left in our past, while others need to be dealt with in our present. Whether it means seeking forgiveness or forgiving, these situations will not disappear into thin air. At the end of the day, all should be repented of (turning from the sin and turning to God for forgiveness). Even if it means forgiving ourselves, which can be a struggle for many, but possible and is a must, keep living and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
